ABOUT THIS PROJECT

A clearer path through complicated systems.

This project brings together a registered nurse’s perspective and a family caregiver’s experience to help Florida families find resources and prepare for applications.

What you can do here

Explore free resource information, read application-preparation guides, and print tools to organize your next steps. The current local directory focuses on Orange, Volusia, Alachua, and Duval counties, alongside statewide programs.

How we present information

Guides link to official sources and show a review date. Where availability or a service detail remains unconfirmed, the page says so. A listing does not guarantee eligibility, funding, an appointment, or acceptance by a provider.

What is still being researched

Additional Title V contacts, respite services, and pediatric medical day care are under review. An omitted listing means we have not yet verified it; it does not mean a service does not exist.

Your information

This preview has no accounts, uploads, or form submissions, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. County selection travels in the page URL; do not add personal information to URLs. External agency websites have their own privacy practices. Hosting providers may process routine access logs.

A resource, not individualized care

This site provides general educational and organizational information. It does not provide individual nursing care, medical or legal advice, or agency representation. Agencies make eligibility decisions.

Preview feedback

This edition is for review. Use the walkthrough to record confusing wording, outdated details, or broken links and share those notes with the project team. A public contact channel will be added before a broader launch.
